Our Story
Who are we?

Articulate Speech Pathology was founded by Kristie Biscan-Roberts in 2021, and has now grown to a fantastic team of therapists and Allied Health Assistants. Kristie is an experienced Speech Pathologist, a wife and a mum. She started Articulate Speech Pathology out of her passion for helping people find their way of communicating and helping them use it with confidence.

Kristie believes that our communication is the very essence of who we are as a person. Our communication is our personality, and she takes pride in being able to help people use their unique communication style whether that be through your voice, sign language, visuals or communication devices.
"I want to make a difference to peoples’ lives. The way we communicate is the very essence of who we are and it shows our unique personality. I want to be able to help those who struggle to express themselves and share their unique personality with the world. People can often feel trapped inside their own body when they cannot express themselves and I want to help people escape from that and be who they were born to be."
How we do things
Articulate Speech Pathology provides diverse and individualised speech pathology services to adults and children. Therapy is offered face-to-face at our clinic or out in the community, or via telehealth. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt our services to be delivered in the most effective manner.
We deliver meaningful and individualised speech pathology services that are based on the latest evidence based practice and your individual motivations. We put you first and empower you to be in control of your communication growth by encouraging you to identify your own strengths and potential. We do this by using your interests and strengths to guide therapy, motivation and satisfaction with services.
